There was one little bug Ive encountered and I honestly don't know if it was mentioned because I didn't read through the whole thread. If It was already mentioned I apologize for being redundant. If you're in text messaging and hit the little paperclip and select capture picture, and you take the picture, a lot of times it will say "Unfortunately, Camera app has stopped." The picture will be saved in your gallery, but it seems like 99% of the time, camera force closes only when trying to capture a picture through the messaging app.

I can't seem to get Ivona to work on 4.0. The main app installs and the voice data apps installed. It will download the voice data but then say "voice initialization failed" and that's it.

Just a notice, I almost have the next patch ready, but I'm also so far away.


Due to some stupid friend drama in my life, I can no longer concentrate on this for any sufficient amount of time, however much I want to. I'm harassed by constant text messages, Skype messages, Facebook messages. As much as I like doing this, and want to get away from stupid life crap, technology has made it almost impossible. It has taken me 20 minutes to type this much because of stupid STUPID DRAMA! Just lucky I'm only on the outskirts of this crap.


All of my developments and projects will be suspended until further notice.


Sorry to gerland, trikotret, st33l, justin75, ZKK007, rmoya5150, 24v, doby-nut, tucstwo, and most of all halo13, I can't work on AOKP with you anymore. This is also why I haven't been able to do much work on it since you gave me the original copy for me to tweak. I'm sorry.

We can always use a baseball bat to deal with drama. Just let us know.

I have this problem on both Flick 3.0 and Flick 4.0. I am pretty sure I did not "dirty flash" but I also tried clearing data on Camera and Gallery and the problem remains.

It seems that directly using the Camera app works fine but if you use another app that calls the Camera app, then it crashes. I see the same thing with "WhatsApp" that was reported about the Messaging App. If I use the WhatsApp profile feature in attempt to add my picture via the Camera I get the "Unfortunately, Camera app has stopped." message.

I downloaded and installed a different Camera app "Camera Zoom FX). When I use that app, no more problems.

Seems you're correct, I tried twice and it worked both times, tried it just now and Camera stopped on me. I'll look for a fix, could be the Razri camera freaking out without some dependency, or the apk being damaged in some way.

Just stopped by to show Flick some love. Been running 4.0 for a few days. While I like all the Rom selections there is something about the smoothness of a blur based rom.. Thanks for the great work Byte.

Yesssir, it's all gone, just flashed my first test build in a week. Got lots of script change ups and tweaks. Excited for rwhite's tweaks on 4.0, he usually has some good stuff up his sleeve.

pretty stoked to see what new tweaks you have...i havent flashed anything in a week either bc I am pretty committed to this ROM bc its smooth and i like it alot.
