Just a notice, I almost have the next patch ready, but I'm also so far away.
Due to some stupid friend drama in my life, I can no longer concentrate on this for any sufficient amount of time, however much I want to. I'm harassed by constant text messages, Skype messages, Facebook messages. As much as I like doing this, and want to get away from stupid life crap, technology has made it almost impossible. It has taken me 20 minutes to type this much because of stupid STUPID DRAMA! Just lucky I'm only on the outskirts of this crap.
All of my developments and projects will be suspended until further notice.
Sorry to gerland, trikotret, st33l, justin75, ZKK007, rmoya5150, 24v, doby-nut, tucstwo, and most of all halo13, I can't work on AOKP with you anymore. This is also why I haven't been able to do much work on it since you gave me the original copy for me to tweak. I'm sorry.
Total time taken to write this post: 45 minutes.

Who can't wait the patch and don't want to use sdcard-ext like a primary storage, just open your \system\etc\rootfs\init.mapphone_cdma.rc and at the top change
to
Thanks for this tip. I am not sure if there would have been any issues with making this change while already on Flick 4.0 and then rebooting. However, in my case, I moded the Flick 4.0 Final zip file with your noted changes and then used that zip file to upgrade from Flick 3.0. That worked great.

Great rom. Just opened into google maps and for some reason I'm no longer signed in. i've fixed permissions, reinstalled, etc. Any ideas?
No idea how to fix just wanted to let you know you are not alone. Google maps will not sign in.

BTW: I just checked mine and it is working fine so it's doesn't appear to be some transient issue with Google.

That happens to me every time I have to install Google Maps on any rom. It's definitely a Google issue.Sometimes after a new install Google Maps and/or other apps that use your Google log in will do this. Do you see an orange triangle icon in your Notification bar? If so, this is asking you for permission to automatically log into the app. When this has happened to me it sometimes takes 3-5 times of pulling down the Notification bar, clicking on the icon, and approving the app below it seems to take. After that it should never happen again.

That's the inherent risk that you take when overclocking any rom, there are lots of variables to consider when overclocking and every phone can and will react differently to the OC. It can happen on any rom.Maybe it's just my phone not liking the OC, but has anyone else had problems with random reboots & their phones locking up when OC'd on this rom?
