First Of all , this ROM is fast smooth stable. Great work Bytecode! I appreciate all your work. Just had a question for everyone. My NFL mobile does not work, it tells me "Unfortunately, Verizon login Has stopped". I've tried uninstalling The app, wiped cache and dalvik. I also tried installing a verizonSSOEngine.apk file from another thread and that also did not work.

Any suggestions?

For those looking for inverted apps, aixelsyD posted an op with mods for blur leaks, i have only flashed the inverted mms zip, but it works pretty flawlessy on Flick 1.8.1. It's an easy fix, and leaves Byte free to do whatever else to this bad arse rom. :D. I would post the link to the thread, but honestly can't figure out how to do it via tapatalk. Fonts are easily changed with rom toolbox as well, if anyone wants to play with those. I usually switch up to the sony sketch font shortly after flashing any rom, with no issues. Just my 2ยข

When I went to the play store to download it showed it was already installed. When I flashed this ROM, I restored my apps from TiBu. Do you think that would cause anything? Any other ideas I could try?
Thanks to the quick response earlier

Thunderwolf- when i get home to a computer I'll try to find the link, otherwise, i found it by looking at either the first or second post in the simplex op. There's an invert theme fir simplex, DON'T use that one. Lol. But there is also a link to aixelsyd's thread for inverted gapps. There's all in one zip, and a few standalones for the different apk's. The only one I've tried is the mms. It's flashable in recovery, pretty standard, wipe cache, wioe dalvik reboot.

Hopefully the link posts, inverted apps. Read through carefully. :D. I can only confirm mms on 1.8.1

Bobvs57,
"Force GPU Rendering"is one of Google's "this is gonna make everything better" ideas. Your phone has a dedicated graphics processing chip to take some of the load off your CPU, and programmers are allowed to choose whether their programs automatically take advantage of this chip, or GPU.
Beginning with ICS, AFAIK, Google added the option to force all graphics processing through the GPU, supposedly increasing efficiency. HOWEVER, not all apps are written in a compatible fashion, some force close, some have difficulty rendering graphics properly.
The problem arises when third-party roms set this control on by default, unlike your OEM rom, and an app which worked fine on your stock phone no longer functions.
Luckily, Google had enough doubts about this process to make it an option, so all you have to do is turn it back off under developer options, and the sun will shine again!
:)

Does anyone know if 1.8.1 fixed the "cannot install to usb or sd drive" issue?

I've been in 1.8.1 since right after release, and haven't had the issue. Haven't had any issues whatsoever, actually. It's been a very fluid and smooth experience.

Any chance of getting the default storage switched to sd-ext to play nicely with the new SS3?

The ROM absolutely works great. The only dilemma I have is that data is stored on the internal memory. I had to delete my fourth slot to make space to run the ROM. The ROM works so well that I actually gave up my fourth slot for it. I was just hoping to get my fourth slot back. Not a big deal though
