This Rom is just smooth, why I should OC, when I can UC/UV without any effect on daily Performance, but better battery life

Bytecode, thanks for the new update, everything restores properly and the ROM is blazing fast as usual! Super stable release as well.

Battery life has been alright so far, but I'll give it a few days to settle in. What CPU settings are all you guys using?

Thank you. :)

I use the default Pegasusq, 1200Mhz, and SIO. I haven't noticed a big difference between Pegasusq and hotplugx with my tweaks. Anybody use hotplugx?

I just found a cool tweak hidden in the framework, it enables vsync, this brings the benchmark in Quadrant down from about 3300 to 3100, but it makes the ROM smooth as baby's bottom. So what is it guys? Real world performance or bench performance?

Vote for smoothness, and stability as priority. Sounds interesting.

I would rather have real world performance. Honestly for the razr, anything above 3000 is all we need when it comes to "bench".

I installed this ROM yesterday using the new Safestrap 3.05 (which is great). I'm settling in and installing my favorite apps, and I've run into a problem. One app (SkySafari Pro) will not install. It tries, but fails with the message "Could not install on USB Storage or SD Card". I tried it on another ROM - Arctic-HD - and it installed with no trouble, and oddly enough it stores nothing on either SD card. I went into recovery and tried "fix permissions" but that didn't allow the app to install. Any idea what the problem is here?

BTW, I've had an occasional freeze and one random reboot. I'm overclocked to 1350MHz. Otherwise I'm enjoying the ROM. Very nice effort.

Update to the new version, the app installation problem will be fixed. You're overclocked freezes and the like are to be expected.

I installed Sky Safari Plus on Flick 1.8.1 with no problem....well I actually used TIBU to restore from backup. I had tried to install it and restore it without success on Flick 1.8.0.

"Update to the new version, the app installation problem will be fixed."

I'm on 1.8.1 version.

"You're overclocked freezes and the like are to be expected."

You mean with this ROM? Because I never had a problem when I overclocked the stock .215 ROM.

Wow 950 on the 300 slot is very low, that's awesome. The lowest I can get on my phone without starting to have issues with the CPU sticking at the next slot up (600Mhz) is 1005. Have you ever run into that issue before?

This is what I run with

Bytecode, if you can figure out and fix this problem I will love you forever....Every time some one sends me a picture with text, it turns it into a freaking slideshow and it pisses me off so much >_<. This only happens with default text message app (which I use) and not handcent or go SMS...Why is that?!!?! RAAAAAAAAH

Wipe cache, dalvik, reboot, try again; if that doesn't work try reflashing the Rom without wiping anything.

I don't know what to tell you... try using a different text messaging app. Have you had the problem with all ROMs that have AOSP messaging?

Well now it's fixed man...I just reflashed, and I guess I must have had a stock message apk when I restored everything. AOSP fixed it. Thanks brosef.
