Is there a way to get a zip file to flash the old battery back for us with bad eyes? Ha
I replaced the battery files on the system ui with the old ones but when it chargss i get the alternating green and blue numbers that dont match...perhaps i need to copy a few othwr filws from the old battery stat files but dont know which onws.

I don't think so. The sameapps that won't restore with TIBU won't install from Google Play either.
I'm thinking Titanium Backup had something to do with corrupting how things install. So, after attempting to restore, things are messed up. Maybe, I don't know though.

Anyone try it with ss 2.11 and still having these problems..trying rule out its a recovery issue. Cuz byte didn't try this ROM with the new ss

I didn't reset so I didn't use Ti to restore anything.

The OP says to wipe everything..If you skip a step how can you justify requesting assistance? Reflash with factory reset and all the other wipes..if you still have issues..ask away. BTW, it seems tedious but I never use Titanium B to restore anything..I do it myself and to this day, since flashing roms on the OG Droid..I have never had issues related to what you are saying...Thanks for the update.
I can't seems to install anything from google play. It will download and say "error, can not install on USB storage or SDcard".
Manual install apk won't work either. It will just fail and say not installed.
I wiped cache, delvik and format /system. Just not factory reset.
By the way I like everything except the battery icon. Old % with number is better and clear. Don't know why people want the bar for, small and hard to read.

I have never had this problem before either, I've installed dozens of roms on many different phones, maybe hundreds. This is the first time. I fallowed all of the directions and always wipe EVERYTHING it tells me to. I still had this problem. I always use Titanium Backup, the only time I have had a problem is when I try to restore system data. So, while this problem could stem from Titanium Backup, it is not a reason to suggest not using it to others. It is a useful program that is used by millions, and works fine 99% of the time, if used correctly. On top of all of that, Titanium Backup may not even be the cause. Another person said they did not use that program because they did not wipe data. I wiped data, he did not. I used Titanium Backup, he did not. Something linked between apps from other ROMS seems to be the problem. So, it would appear to me, there is a slight bug in the ROM. And you being rude to someone asking for help, because YOU have not had this problem before, solves nothing. There were other posts after that one, stating they did data reset, and had the same problem. You replying and putting down that one person, for that one post, is just ignorant.

Hey Jon..listen because I respect Byte and his awsome rom I'm not going to take this beyond anything else than this. The member stated he didn't wipe data..the OP says to wipe data, hence my question..if we don't follow the instructions..you know the rest. Second, I did not in any form shape or manner promote thenon use of TB, I used it for a brief time long ago, so I know what it does. It wasn't for me..just like I said..I don't use it. Third..I did not disrespect the member in any manner nor belillte his point of view. No one here is ignorant.. ideas and trial and errors are exchanged and that is how progress is made. I So do me a favor and chill...BubI have never had this problem before either, I've installed dozens of roms on many different phones, maybe hundreds. This is the first time. No worries...Guys just chill out until byte comes back. He probably in school now. Its not end of the world. I too had problems loading my apps with TB although I did a clean install. So lets just wait until byte gives us his input

You're right. I was frustrated because of the way you replied to the other persons post, it was rude and unhelpful, but true. I just meant it was ignorant to reply to his problem, and scold him for not wiping data, when others wiped data, but had the same problem. I'm sorry for being rude.

I'd like to see this, too! I preferred the old battery, but this version is awesome! No random freezes like I had on all previous builds! Keep up the great work.

But other than that 1.8.0 is the most stable yet, and it is very very smooth and fast.
