You've got Blackmart Alpha installed. 2 seconds of Googling tells me that's an app store for pirated apps. Which means there's a pretty good chance you've got some sort of malware on your phone. It's not *always* the case, but battery drain can be a symptom of malware infection on mobile devices.
If I were you, I'd fastboot your phone, and start over without the Blackmart. See how things go for a couple days, and then, if you're still having issues, consider bringing it in to VZW, or whoever.
remove all my apps and now the battery is alot better maybe extra 4 hours, drains slow. So my guess it was either a app or using mybackup pro some how screwed up my restore

Yes, allows you to control CPU speeds, CPU Governor, I/O scheduler and view what speeds the CPU is at.
It is No Frills CPU Control.

Just finished downloading 1.3, 2nd to download :-p. On 1.2.3 now. Halfway through downloading 1.3, got an ota notification for it. Remembered reading you didn't have it properly configured on that version, but apparently you did! Been running a few days now, and hadn't come across any issues or fc's except for when opening the weather app, as previously noted. Gonna charge up, then do all the wipes, then flash. Cant wait to try this newest version! Great job!

hm firstly very nice job mate I have been using 1.16 for about a week and I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary.
Flashed 1.3 and so far (1 random reboot), Got a haux mail message at start (Email seems to work fine so....).
Quadrant 2939 - 3076 This is with Go launcher though..

I also got a reboot right after setup, but I have had an up time of about 20+ hours now.
Uninstalling because wont let me install circle widgets and wont let me download swift key 3.

Your Swiftkey problem is a bug with Swiftkey setup. You just have to play with it until it really starts downloading it.

Try wiping cache and dalvik and rebooting. And if that doesn't work try reflashing the ROM without wiping anything.

Some of my apps were hanging but after but after a couple manual reboots, everything working so far

Tell me if it happens again, seems that we're all having an incident shortly after flashing, I'll add some instruction in the OP that will hopefully avoid these incidents.

This is my first time installing Flick. Wiped everything before installing, formatted system. I haven't had any troubles. So far this is as nice as everyone says.

I just underclock 1000Mhz and keep all the other settings stock.

I had a hangup and a random reboot but it is running fine for now.... when I had CPU sleeper hangups happened all the time when coming out of sleep. Things got much better after removing it and reflashing. Maybe it is a CPU tweak or kernel/module issue?
