1. I lost root on the Jb leak, I bricked and had to flash a .211 system.img, losing my root.
2. Flick will be delayed to possibly tomorrow because I am not able to do the testing.
3. It won't be as good as I can't run it and see what's up. Can't fix bugs as easy either. Won't put as much work in because it's harder and I don't get any benefit.
What you can expect:
Debloated
Deodexed
Zipaligned - at boot too
Init.d support with tweaks
build.prop tweaks
CPU power saving mode enabled
Network tweaks
Launcher locked in memory
Full GPU UI rendering
Blacked out Calendar, Contacts, and theme option MMS all by travp
Hotplug + noop as default
1% battery mod
More auto brightness steps
Scrolling tweaks
Dalvik tweaks
Kernel tweaks
Fast GPS lock on
What sucks: This JB build is very secure. It's going to take a while to find an exploit, more than weeks. Might turn in my phone to VZW...
Edit: Ignore all but features and that Flick is delayed. Getting phone from VZW.

Getting phone from VZW.
With this news... will Flick development continue on ICS, or will you be following your previously stated intentions to shift development to JB?

Are you going to attempt to upgrade the new phone to JB, or will you be staying with ICS?
Gonna be JB. Might use the fastbootable utility though.
I'm going to be deving for the Jb kernel mostly if not always.

Ok. I've mostly been holding off on the JB "update" to wait and see what you end up doing Thats how much I love Flick.

Ahhhhhh I can't decide whether or not to leave Flick! Would it be worth it considering how great this ROM is?
Wait until it's out. It's being built with the same things in mind, however the first few updates are more or less standard stuff.
Yea I am def waiting for Flick JB. I am content with Flick 5.0.

Man now that the JB base came out for devs I am trying to decide between this and black widow. I did not see any screen shots of this ROM but form the description it sounds blacked out.
I had a chance to text drive this rom. It's nice and more importantly, stable. It's very black. And runs real smooth. But I'm on jb now so I have to wait for the flick jb rom.

Its fast, smooth, light... and YES very blacked out. Flick 4 quickly became my favorite ICS Rom and 5 is even better. And best of all, the developer is VERY involved and highly responsive.

Couldn't get a new phone from VZW, calling Moto tomorrow. Before I update to JB I'll take what I got fix all the bugs and send it out. No guarantee it'l be stable, everything will work or battery will be good though. I'll keep Flick 5.0 up because of this.
I don't have the patience to post a changelog right now lol
