I do have flash working now, mostly, I found where someone had posted a working apk of it within minutes of my last post. I'm noticing two other things that I'm trying to nail down....and these may or may not be the rom, I think its more something i did wrong......
Overclock doesn't seem to stick. I downloaded the 1325 file, renamed it to UV, deleted the original and placed the oc file into init.d, and no frills does show 1325 as the max speed. However, sometimes when running in lapdock I'll set the minimum speed to 1325 as well, and everything runs awesome for maybe 10-15 minutes. after awhile, I notice it slows down, and if I go back to no frills, it's showing 300 as minimum again. Also, when I click "stats", it actually shows the phone running at 1.2 as a max and shows that its still cycling between the lower frequencies most of the time. It seems like I just can't make the settings stick. I flashed over 4.8, wiped dalvik and cache only. I don't believe I did anything about "setting permissions" with the oc file, in case that makes a difference?
Also, and this could be for a lot of reasons...... I use twonky as a dlna server. I have a receiver that is a year or two old but can read basic dlna servers and play music, and twonky seems to be the only server that just works awesome on it. When its running in the background, it leaves a notification on the phone that its running. However, randomly, it just stops serving. The notification is there, but if i click it, it tries to launch and then disappears. I have to relaunch the program, then exit it, and relaunch it again in order to restore functionality on the network. No real reason or rhyme, it can die after a single song or after a half hour. Im not seeing any FC dialog or anything, it just seems to get...put away by android maybe? Whether the screen is on or off has no effect, and I really don't know where to start trying to figure out what the deal is with this.
Otherwise, awesome rom.
