Will do when I get home.
Just sent a donation your way for the hard work. If you get a second can you post your script to get rid of the pull downs.

Will also do when I get home. An update will be coming out, but only about 5 apps will be different if I can't think up something else lol

Results:
-Great, was able to retain Apex launcher and it added the Nova Launcher. I prefer Apex.
-Retained all apps and positions on home screens
-Retained all messages etc
-Google Play and Tweetcaster both FC on inital boot, but no biggie.
--Unable to open Google Play nor tweet caster manually without force closing
-Lost Overclock settings, which is fine no biggie
---it defaulted to 300mhz for max and 300mhz for min frequency (i wanted to go back down to 1.2 anyway)
Cleared data then force stopped Google Play: still doesn't open
-So I uninstalled the updates from the App Info screen in settings, now it opens
-it'll update back to 3.10.9 on its own.
Tweetcaster, just uninstalled and reinstalled.
GREAT! Not too much of a hassle
I'm excited about this.

I can't seem to find Power Control Widget... I use ADW - anybody able to point me in the right direction by chance?
Hehe, just 'pull down' the notification bar. It's built into the resulting screen...like it truly SHOULD be!

Would there be any problems if I uninstalled Nova and used a different Launcher app? I only ask because I see Nova is built into the settings menu.
It shouldn't cause any problems.

This rom looks great, how's the battery life?
Yes, looks great! Too soon to tell battery life. The non-beta testers among us will all know in a couple of days.
Love the dancing Bugle on the Boot Ani!

I've been testing it for a few days and I can tell you that the battery life is good. I use pegasus but if you use hotpligx you'll increase it even more.
