What I wanted to do when I started to create Flick was make a ROM that was smooth, optimized and minimalistic, but fully tweakable, had the features I wanted and only what I wanted. I feel like I've succeed! :)

Thanks to:
Google for being so awesome!
tablecrasher - Hosting space! :)
vtwinbmx and 2tealth for helping me out when I needed it..
Nitro and EmericanX for doing what they do for us.
Whirleyes for letting me use his Kernel modules.
Kebob - The .215 base.
Kebob - For making the toggles for Blur ROMs.
Kebob - For helping me out with so much all the time.
Kebob - For some code that I used as a guide to put apps in Settings
Kebob and Matt - For the Atrix HD Launcher and widgets from other Moto phones.
andlaw, and HouseMD, and especially DSGMach1 for helping me with themeing!
24v - Being 24v :P
Nitro - for the original Pulldown toggles
Nitro - For the "quickpanel" toggles
Nitro - For the android.policy.jar
SmurfedOut - For some of the tweaks.
halo13 - For recoloring the battery icons
andlaw - For helping me black the ROM out
rgocal - For being inspiring and for libs and EGL stuff
EmericanX - Just cuz
EmericanX - Blacked out Gnow, Phone, Conacts
gytole - For the noob guide

PM me if I forgot anything, I want to credit you :)

Don't post this thread anywhere else! I will post this on other sites, I just want to make sure everybody is getting the experience that I wanted them to get!
Thank you!

Copy those files into /system/etc/init.d to get the corresponding overclock.

FAQ:

Q: Should I wipe for "XYZ" update?

A: I always recommend full wipes, no wipes, no gripes.

Q: What can this be flashed over?

A: The 6.16.211 OTA and the 6.16.215 leak.

Q: My Google app won't sign in?

A: Move it to /system/app and try again.

Q: How do I overclock?

A: There are several methods that will work:

1. Delete UV and place your desired OC file into /system/etc/init.d and apply the same permissions as the other files in there.

2. Navigate to /system/etc/init.d and open UV in a text editor. Look at the 6th line:

Change 1200 to the desired frequency and 1386 to the desired voltage. You'll most likely want 1398-1410 for your voltage if you do 1300Mhz - 1325Mhz.

Q: How to switch sdcard and sdcard-ext as primary storage?

A: Navigate to /system/etc/rootfs/init.mapphone_cdma.rc. Look at the top of the file.

To have sdcard as primary:

Q: My phone isn't going into deep sleep.

A: Most likely not the ROM. Use

from the Play store to see what is keeping the phone awake.

How's texting/typing on this rom? It was too choppy on the last rom I was on. I use the Motorola Input keyboard over swype.

any ICS version, but if you're on 214, you really should upgrade to 215, pretty easy to do. But this will work on 214
