Noticed that My Verizon Mobile cannot be installed (nor can yelp, google shopper, weatherbug, and a few others). Is this because of the jellybean market?

My Verizon is installed and working for me...it was in the rom or datapack. I wiped /system /data /cache so it's no a "leftover".
weird.

also this runs great on .238
God bless.

This ROM is liquid smooth just like the name says. I love this ROM but had to go back to cm9 7-25 because of app compatibility issues. If this is somehow corrected, I will def be running Liquid Smooth. Best rom I've tried in a while.

Mainly Bank of America app. When I go to the play store it says "this app is not compatible with your device", or something along those lines. I use it daily, which is why I decided to go back to cm9 7-25. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

have you changed your DPI settings at all? There are many apps that give you that error in the play store if the DPI is modified in any way from stock.

ok..... maybe because it's early, and I just can't fully understand................................ but what do you mean to split the rom in half? You don't just download v1.1, data, and flash?

safestrap only lets you instill so much what he has done is split it into two installs DL liquidsmooth cm9 v1.1 and DL blur datapack v1.1 and put them on your sd card then do your wiping then install the cm9 v1.1 then go back and install the datapack v1.1 then reboot your phone I think that is what your asking right
