I have RAZR xt910... previously i had stock 4.1.2 Vodafone Germany version on it ...i flashed mokee 4.4kitkat using safe strap on stock slot, after couple of days i flashed JBX KERNAL ...as after instaling new KERNAL i found lot of hanging ... i was trying to restore my backup of old KERNAL i found error and it wasnt booting up ..i did full factory reset but same problem and my safe strap also gone with that ...am unable to flash stock JB by using RSD lite, am getting faild message ...but i did used RSD lite flashing succesfully before many times with the same ZIP i used now.... I think i did somthing wrong with my kernal ...its been 4 days i coudnt able to use my RAZR,,,,could anyone here please help me to get back my RAZR , .......THANKS ADVANCE

it seems that RSD doesnt see your device Suniljoy, that is why the Device window is empty. It does appear that you have the correct FXZ files.

 

You may have an issue with the drivers, the usb port or the usb cable you are using. I will assume that you are in fastboot mode on the device.....

 

You can try SamuriHL's utilities, make sure you read, and read again before requesting help and post in the HoM thread:

My battery was dead low...am unable to flash and I couldn't charge it ..what should i do now..

You can get a team black hat adapter or make a factory cable.
