Kaos, what is the little doomaflitchey your using to make the microSD into an external drive for your phone? (although it won't be much use immediatelty if they ship me 4.4.2 out of the box).

Like Blade, I use the meenova. And it works in 4.4.2. You just need to use something like Chainfire's stickmount app.

Requires root, of course, so if it's out of the box 4.4 you are SOL. If you have a dev edition the newest TWRP/CWM support OTG as well.
