Figured it out.
When bluetooth is on = no phone audio
toggle off = voila.

I don't know why I didn't check this out originally; this problem has been persistent throughout many roms.

So far smooth all apps restored automatically. Makes setup a breeze. Will let ya know in a bit about batt. Haven't installed tweakerz yet want to see what your concern is about. Thanks again JP. On a side note check out jelly bean keyboard. There's a free version and the PRois 3$. Tons of custom and you can make the keys big enough to actually see!

Awesome ROM, been using it the past two days without any hiccups really and I think I have better data.

I did have a question and I apologize if this is a known generally but anyone have an issue with their phone book? All my contacts aren't listed but I can search for them. Also Facebook doesn't seem to be able to sync contacts. Again sorry if these are known, I was just curious. Thanks for the ROM as I now know why people are CM fans.

JP 9 is better a little on batt. Gonna load tweakerz and under volt it and see what that does.

Enjoying the rom! Data has been excellent. Does anybody know of a 1% battery mod that I could flash for this rom?

Its already 1% in settings go to system status bar battery and change it to percentage. It'll show a 1% increment next to bar.

Has anyone installed SuperSU on this ROM? I am trying to install it and it fails when it tries to update the SU binary. Any ideas?

Read the FAQ on the supersu play store page. I Think you have to uninstall SU first. Not sure.

Also, is anyone having trouble with init.d scripts? I added a script (with the correct permissions) to insmod some of the overclock and governor modules, but it does not seem to be running (as in the modules are not loaded).

What I have done with every other rom install is install SUperSU from the market, open it (which causes the SU binaries to be updated), and then uninstall Superuser. Every other time it has worked like a charm, but for this rom it does not seem to work.

There is an issue with init.d permissions right now and will be fixed in 1.1 today.
