Costco is going to pay me $ 120 to take the G2. Should I get it or just stick with the maxx. How is the g2 battery life compare to my RAZR maxx?

" ok Google" I am sold. I just install cm11 with it on my razr. I must say Its great function to have. Right now I have to turn on the screen to use it. I can't imagine how it will work while the screen is off and always listening. I got a question tho. Do you guys foresee this being on all android device in the future ? Or its limited to droid brand phones ?

always listening is a "x8" only feature at the moment. Could it come to other devices? Possibly...the Snapdragon 800 actually supports features like the x8 but just havent utilized them, so most likely it'll be used differently from snapdragon. But I LOVE my Droid maxx. Life wouldnt be the sane without my active display/Always listening Maxx (;
