I'm getting ready to take the plunge and try flashing my phone to page plus.  I've looked over a post form hofo that looks like it might work but it requires a blank sim?  Where can I get a blank sim for a razr maxx( size=micro)?  Is there a method that doesnt require the blank sim?  If anyone else has done this I'd like to here if it's as easy as it seems or if there is anything to watch out for.  Links appreciated.

I strongly recommend checking out ebay. Depending on where you are and how much you are willing to pay out. Usually they go for, like $20.
