Hi, I want to now if there is a stable version of ubuntu for razr XT-912, I searched a lot but the I only find betas versions of it, and if there is a stable version i would like to know how to install it properly

Short answer is no...
Longer answer is that no one has worked on it since the original release almost a year ago

Ubuntu Touch is in a beta phase still I believe, but they are supposed to roll out some devices with it on it here this quarter. I haven't kept up on it, but there were a handful of devices slated, unfortunately the Razr was not one.
