Help! My Motorola Razr XT907 is Soft Bricked!

Originally it was working fine, then I rooted it; still fine. I did make the stupid newbie mistake of dragging cwm11 to the internal memory of my razr and then tried flashing it using safeboot. It ended up locked up on the ap fastboot screen. At this point I am able to boot up into recovery or ap fastboot, but nothing else... I have tried just about everything I can find droid razr utility, rsd lite, motopocalypse,, adb fastboot, i tried flashing the stock rom for my specific device using android system recovery; still nothing.... It's like i've been locked out and the device will go back and forth between the fastboot screen, the red encircled m and the little green android guy laying on his back with a red triangle above his belly. Apparently my bootloader is locked and so no matter what I try it fails miserably!

Any help would be appreciated..

House of Moto. Search for it and FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. That means read, read again, read once more BEFORE doing.

Tried house of moto followed instructions, it ran and launched rsd then it failed....

Let me get my crystal ball out and determine what "it failed" could possibly have been caused by...I can't help if that's all I get. Sorry.

Something to do with my bootloader being locked and/or not having adequate permissions to access my phone using fastboot. In the ap fastboot screen it DOES NOT say anything about ok to program; in fact the word program DOES NOT appear anywhere on that screen...

Show us a pic of the phone in AP Fastboot mode so we can see what we're dealing with here. Also find the swdl.txt file in your RSD folder and post that. Might give some clues as to what's going on. There's not a lot to go on here.

the phone is soft bricked so i cannot take a screen shot of the ap fastboot screen. Here is everything that it says on the screen though word for word and then underneath that a cut and paste of the swdl.txt

Thank you for even bothering to read any of this; I have been working on this for about three days now; a friend of mine told me that it sounds like my phone is soft bricked (and so there is a chance of resurrecting it) since I can at least get into recovery mode I just keep getting stuck at the fast boot screen... after it goes to the red m....

I already know the problem, but, I want to show you. Post the filename of the FXZ you're trying to flash. Then I'll explain.

Then I was not wrong. Not that I expected to be on this one.

01/24/14 13:12:16 [Device ID: 0] 1/19 flash partition "gpt_main0.bin" -> Phone returned FAIL.

That right there tells you all you need to know about the problem. You're attempting to downgrade to a previous version of Android. Not...going...to...happen. Use the proper FXZ and it'll work just fine.

there are six different files there, I took the one that I thought was the right one; for my phone an XT907 which one IS the right one?

Yea, and that's exactly how people screw up their phones....flashing what they think is the right thing and not knowing for sure.

It didn't work; it LOOKED like it was working but I noticed a few errors on the screen. One of which was "cannot load system image:. I tried rebooting and it just went from the red m logo to the guy green guy laying on his back with the red exclamation mark ...

I tried rsd lite using the RIGHT file,it failed and gave me this: "failed flashing process. Unknown Fastboot command (getvar)"

I read somewhere where you have to open up that xml file and remove two lines that say "getvar" Im going to try that now and I'll let you know..
