Try to wipe everything and fresh flash. Back up apps with helium!

Whenever I run into problems and question flashing I wipe everything thoroughly. In twrp I wipe data, cache, system, dalvik cache about 3 times each individually and select simultaneously to wipe a few times, factory reset a couple times and then flash ROM. Download from link instead of ota with solid WiFi. I even flash ROM from internal SD and gapps from external_SD with no problems.

That's strange you saw 244, my phone says different...

Really? Both say 244MB on my phone, computer and the directory. I downloaded everything to retry... First time with TWRP on this phone so I'm not as good at troubleshooting it. Can't really wipe the phone clean... I have too much crap now... But had no issues dirty flashed with CWM. Worked like a charm ten times...

Just flash the recovery zip in recovery, like you would a ROM. If you're changing from CWM to TWRP, make sure you boot directly back into recovery so the script will complete.

Ahhh... This I did not know. Good for future reference... Already got it pushed but thanks for the insight. I didn't want it to flash the recovery as a ROM or something and brick.

Yeah sorry, I was a couple of posts behind, I didn't see that you already were good.

I think it might be I was having issues with windows explorer and pushed the file to my phone with an adb browser.... Might have garbled something. Trying it all with new downloads later. Slick, you said you flashed 04.02 then everything else was OTA?

Been running 0406 for about five hours now. No reboots. Will let you know if it happens. Dirty flash, too... No issues so far.

I flashed the 0406 update manually. ROM updater keeps saying update is available... But says this will update your phone to 20140406... Uh... The same one, right? I only see one 0406 in the directory... Or are they only coming over ROM updater now and there is a second 0406 in not aware of?
