Downloading the update. I've never had the black screen issue with twrp.. But maybe the skin I applied to it helped? I've got a replacement phone on its way because I've had mic(in call) issues for over a year.. So I'll have to bring my new one up to date. If it comes on the newest version.. On kkbl.. Am I going to have any problems obtaining root?

If it has the latest version of KK (183.46.15) you can't unlock it...Hopefully it has 183.46.10

I got the wierd 'internal error' with Exchange Email again on the 10-04 build for KKBL.

I replaced Email.apk/Exchange.apk with the ones from the 9-21 Test build and it works for now.

 

Too early to say if I'm still getting SystemUI Crash Issue or not...

Otherwise, everything else working great so far on latest KK build.

OK... So... That was an ordeal, but... I threw my phone across the room. Was so fast I thought it was possessed. Now that I've calmed down I can say it's way better, got everything flashed in nice and fresh. 1.) TWRP is crunched up into the top left corner of the screen...? No biggie but weird. 2.) WiFi refuses to connect again... only have one network to test ATM but TF300 is working fine on it... anyone else?
Custom DPI doesn't work... still using build.prop edit to force it. Otherwise supahfly.

Well I don't use email /exchanged. So I don't ever seen that error. Not sure what is causing those errors. And I have never had a system ui FC.
For me, everything is super smooth and working as it should.

Never seen twrp do that before, did you grab the wrong one? Double check you got the RAZR HD and Kkbl version. Possibly a router problem? I had to change my encryption type after switching to Kkbl.
Only way I can make the dpi changer work is adding the line to build.prop but that will make one or the other (xt907 or xt926) dpi off from first boot until changed.

1). Are you sure you grabbed the correct TWRP for the RazrHD?

2) There was something previously mentioned here about changing the authentication type of your wifi router.

Definitely the KKBL version... everything on KK now... assuming was for the 926 but maybe I got it wrong. I'll double check the file on the comp but I did the IMG through flashify after unlock so IDK if that had anything to do with it. Function was normal.

What authentication did they mention? I had done something to that effect before... My wifi was actually working fine right before I flashed the rom. On the stock KK it immediately started updating everything while I was trying to install the towel workaround and the unlocker... rebooted, flashed, no WiFi...

I'll look into it again. Pretty sure I already did that to cure the same issue before. Is that a ROM specific issue? Stange it would work great on the stock KK then tank in KitStalk. On the upside GPS is now flawless. *shrugs* as is the world of custom anything... Phone boots in ten seconds... That's new. Some serious tweaks you guys must have done.

I had to change mine for the custom roms. It's not rom specific, seems to be all custom roms, least on this device. My old router setup worked fine on stock. Gps, in my opinion, works better and locks faster than stock, and works even better if you use the fastergps app I added (Only need to run once per update)
And yes there has been a lot of work done to this rom, expecially recently.

is my Razr M is dead? my Razr M black screen..and then i plug it to charging my notification green light...blinking....but black screen...i do everything...hold power button+volume down key...but not working then i try power button+volume down+volume up key...but same not working...plz help me... :'(

OK. I'm on AES and everything has been cleared and rebooted... Rebooted router, phone, reset to AES... Cleared all saved networks out of phone... Still won't connect. I don't even get a Wi-Fi icon in my notification bar... In settings it shows connecting, then authenticating, obtaining IP... Then back to authenticating. Loops for a while they says 'avoided poor internet connection'. The issue I had before was it connecting and dropping all the time. This just flat out won't connect... At all. Is there something I can flash or reset the Wi-Fi radio. Tried rebooting while in airplane mode and with mobile data off to see what would happen... No go. Luckily I have fast mobile data, but it's not unlimited so I do use my Wi-Fi occasionally... Sent from my TF300T Sorry guys, never mind. Set to static IP, cleared DHCP tables and went back to DHCP address allocation and connected finally. That was my only issue, so now gonna go for a drive everything working 100%. Looking good. Let you know if it pops back up. Thanks again. Awesome work, lots of knowledgeable help.
