Nope. Just a tip...when posting using tapatalk, it will almost always give you an error about cant connect. Don't believe it, just go back and hit discard post. It has already posted it even though it said failed.

Update posted JBBL

Changelog
- Bumped to version 4.4.4.067 (minor changes)
- Updated AdAway to v2.9.1
- New active display options
- Minor under the hood updates

MD5 - 9daa99b95366fe720350cae05b4e346c

If this build has similar issues as KKBL (such as camera) then I will get another update out tomorrow

i installed this [clean install]

and... the is no cam at all... is it just me?

btw, how we use MD5 file?

i already put the file in the same folder of the rom zip, but when i install the zip, its said MD5 check skip, MD5 file not found.

Camera is a known issue on both jb and kk builds, he's working on it. As far as the md5 I can't tell you, I use an md5 checker on my pc considering I use the pc to download roms anyways.

Upgrade your twrp to 2.8.0.0 and it will check it.
Camera is known issue. Working on that.

Depending on your recovery you can connect to pc and transfer the build.prop to storage. Then mount system and delete current build.prop and replace with new one using TWRP file manager. Permissions will auto set fyi.

Problem is I can't find my backup copy of the original build.prop. I'm trying to take the OTA prior to making a nandroid backup via TWRP cause my backups were made using CWM. OTA won't install because I get an error "there are unusual contents" on my build.prop. I tried to go over each item but I have no idea which ones shouldn't be there. I tried the ones from my nandroid backup but I get the same error. So I was wondering if anyone has the original untouched build.prop for the verizon xt907 before the September OTA update. TIA

You can get it out of the rom. Just take the zip file, extract it, and copy it to your rom.

Yes, I already did that and still getting the same error. Seems my build.prop copies were already messed up before I made a nandroid backup.

You can get it out of the rom. Just take the zip file, extract it, and copy it to your rom.

Take that same build.prop, and make your own Flashable.ZIP file for Recovery.

Now you has backup that you can flash the next time you need it.

Is it okay to flash a different gap over the current one or do you have to do a clean flash?

Sounds like it is time to do a clean flash...

I think it would be ok, never done that before. If it gives you problems then do a clean flash.

New with Roms. I'm going to try this but I have at least two questions. Is it easier with twrp. I have cwm and have never messed with twrp. Just follow the same steps for the GPS? Also, the updates that come out. Do I need to flash the new updates or will I get notified like the updates from Motorola to install it?

TWRP is easier but you can use CWM... TWRP is much more user friendly and simpler to use. Yes just follow my directions and your GPS will work flawlessly. You will have to flash them as I release them (only if you want to). At one point I had an app included that would tell you when there was an update, but it was alot of extra work that I didnt want to keep up with. It is easier for me to just leave a post when there is an update

Make sure you get that right version. I have one for the KitKat bootloader and the JellyBean bootloader. Both get regular updates.
