I see it is still listed as an issue with KK builds, but has anyone tested BT audio on the new build? That is the only thing preventing me from switching back to a KK build.

I connect with Bluetooth to listen to audio at work. I have a Sony sbh50 and it seems to work fine on the new KK build. No drops or audio issues for me. I did a clean install of kitstalk if that makes a difference.

Oops that's my bad. I forgot to integrate the fixes. What an idiot. WiFi and the mic are fixed, I will get on that tonight. I thought I got the fixes in this rom, looks like I missed it on this one.

That is the fix for the mic, kitstalk will be fixed tonight.

I build 2 other roms, and put the fix in those 2 but I forgot this one bit I thought I got it. I am running one other the other roms on kk and trust me, the mic and WiFi are just fine now.

... But we still have little issues with mic - subscriber still hear nothing if I make a call after video recording with phone camera.. It`s not a big problem, but it still present!.. ))))

P.S. Can you add ability to hide Hover button from notification bar? This button so annoying...

I switched back and forth a few times during one call and I could hear them and they could hear me. Even after switching.
No I can't add that feature. Going to have to wait and see if Scott will add it in.

ok after an evening of everything going mostly well i get home today and try to connect to wifi and its completely on the fritz. it will only see my wifi occassionally. i deleted my saved wifi password and tried a fresh connection but it refuses to connect. i even set the wifi on my phone to recognize 2.4ghz only as someone mentioned in another forum, rebooted, no go. i did have some trouble last night with connecting to chromecast. any suggestions would be helpful. i'm using KitKat bootloader version.

Yep, wait a few hours and I'll have a new build up. I'm a dumbass, I said the WiFi and speakerphone was fixed, but I forgot to integrate the fix.... Derp. New build is building now with the updates for WiFi and speakerphone.

What BL are you on? What version did you download?

I ran both the themed versions. When i was on JB i ran the JB themed just fine and now on KK im runing the KK version just fine.PM me

What's the general concensus here regarding bootloader at this point. XT926 on JBBL. Should I go back to KKBL again? Or is Kitstalk with JBBL = Kitstalk with KKBL?

YOu can go to KK if you want. You don't need to because I am still supporting JBBL. But the reason why I went back was because WiFi, and speakerphone was buggy. Now that its fixed I switched back. The only "major" bug in KKBL is if you record a video then when you make a call the other party cannot hear you...reboot to fix. Also Bluetooth audio is fixed (i haven't tested but i got reports back that it is fixed), and I love that there is no screen dimming issues with the KK builds.

No, JBBL and KKBL builds are different. JB works with 3.0 kernel (4.1.2) BL and KK works with 3.4 kernel (4.4.2). So basically the KK BL builds only work if you took the OTA to 4.4.2 or did a FXZ to the official KK.
