If someone could send me a logcat, so I can forward it to someone with more knowledge on this issue, I can try to get it resolved.

I agree. The new boot loader is when problems started and I been on beanstalk for like a month or two since Tom stopped OSE dev for a bunch of devices.

Try to use speaker in conversation and then switch to mic.. And then subscriber can't hear you... I tested it..
If I don`t use speaker then everything is normal, but if I turn it on once it disable mic.. O_o

This is how to replicate the speakerphone/mic bug.

Also, I seem to experiencing the wifi issue today, as the "Wi-Fi" slider sometimes doesn't want to move into the "On" position. Since this doesn't stay locked in the "on" position, it doesn't seem to let me scan for APs. But this was working for the last 2 days..
Clearing cache and Davlik from TWRP fixed it..or so it seems.
Next time it happens, do you want me to just take a 30 second logcat of me trying to enable wifi or something?

Here's 2 different tries to connect to open WiFi networks **without** having tried an ad hoc network where it mostly cripples WiFi.

Supposedly the problem may be bigger then our device. The problem may be upstream in the of CM master branch. I hear this is an issue with Nexus devices to. I believe cm has already pushed the commits on the 7th to resolve this issue..but then again maybe I am talking out my rear end and I am frilly clueless lol

You are correct lol. It does seem to be that the issue comes from CM. Many devices share the QCOM files (Motorola, Nexus, HTC and maybe more) I do see there was a few updates a few days ago. I just updated everything for Kitstalk. Also there has been some Beanstalk updates, enough updates that he did a version number change (4.4.4007) I also updated that. I am in the process of building a fresh ROM and will be out soon if everything goes good.

I did a bunch of work last night and I am hoping some bugs were worked out. Anyone want to test this out? Not an official release just a test build

I am running it now. Wifi has improved although it could be faster and it disconnects when the signal is too low for a second or two. Noticeably better then any other 4.4.4 ROM I've used so far!
