Well i have good news and bad news (for some)
I have update my rom to work with the new bootloader so you must FXZ to 4.4.2 and get the new bootloader to use this rom. Bad news is it ONLY works with the new bootloader so if your moto_msm8960 device didnt get an official 4.4.2 update, then you can no longer use this rom after last night update. So those wanting my rom that have 4.4.2 already then it SHOULD be ready by tonight.
Edit: the Atrix HD will get the 4.4.2 update but not sure when. NOt sure about other devices

Yes and i forgot but there is a new recovery you have to use, the one you use now will not work.
CWM
TWRP
Root
Edit: I will be the guinea pig and get 4.4.2 official on my phone and go through the process and let everyone know how it works.

Ok, so a little confused. If we've been using kitstalk for a while, you're saying we now have to install stock and all that jazz?

Does the new one fix screen dimming issue? I think I want to wait until it is before committing to new version.

Last night's build seems to fix the screen dimming issue! At least it is greatly improved.

I have made changes to make it work with the new bootloader. The update from last night will work with the old bootloader. But the updates from now on will only work with the new bootloader. So if you want to stay up to date then yes FXZ to the newest 4.4.2, get root, flash the brand new recovery from a few posts back and then flash my newer updates (from tomorrow on)
But dont do it just yet, I am stil testing it out.

FXZ is (in a nutshell) when you go back to complete stock. You would know if you already have it.....if you have been on kitstalk for a while then you do not have it. You would of had to take the official OTA to get it if you dont know what fxz is.

OK so i have FXZ to the official 4.4.2, successfully rooted and flash CWM recovery. I flashed my fresh build of kitstalk made for the new bootloader but it FC on setup so I had to restore my stock verizon build for now. For kicks and giggles I flashed the Kistalk build from yesterday but it was stuck at the boot logo. But on a side note, the glitch is gone between boot logo and boot animation. I'm sure there is more fixed I just need to get a build that works. I will get that soon.

Do you think it's safe to say most developers are ditching the JB boot loader and updating now as you are?
