anyway, do you guys using BBM [lates version]???
can you change the notif sound? mine is cant, the only sound that able to "sound" is just the bbm tone...

I use Go SMS, not bbm. But i would think you could change the notification sound to any in the phone.

in here [Indonesia] BlackBerry Messenger is quite popular... thats why i use it among with Whatsapp and regular sms.

 

about the notif sound, there is option to change it, but when i change it to another, there is no sound, only vibrate... i guess thats the bug, i dont know

Hmmm that is strange. If i change my notification on any app or works just fine. It must be the blackberry messenger app that has a bug.

Hey I found something! So I tweak the ROMs a LOT when I get them and I noticed a small glitch. if I have active display on, and get a text, and click that icon to open hangouts, it goes to the app but then goes to the lockscreen. almost as if saying "oops I need to go here instead" 40404 version.

Active display is still buggy, turn it off. Use lockscreen notifications in lockscreen settings instead.

So interesting idea.... Any way to include a dark themed Gapps package? I'm in a dark room for work on a regular basis and would love to use hangouts, but the white backdrop is just too much in the dark. Currently using 8sms

I flashed this tonight and have to say you guys did a fantastic job! I've tried everything out there and imo this is tops right now. I've been using the LS base and modifying to my liking, but this has everything I need built in and I haven't found a single problem. Thanks for your hard work!

 

On another note I have a blacked out (inverted) Gapps package I made from the Slim Gapps minimalist base I'd be happy to share if you guys are willing to host and post the link (meaning pigraber and nprevette)......

I thought he took the ad block out of RTPro due to Google's requirements or something?
The separate apk doesn't load in 4.4 ROMs. What are you using?

Thanks man, we do work hard to make this ROM great. I remember when i used to get your ROMs back in the SafeStrap days. Anyways, yes if you would like to supply us with inverted GApps that would be great. I can host them just send me a link via PM and ill get them posted. Thanks man.

Okay, so I never had this issue on the non-unified builds (except for early on), but the in call volume is completely unpredictable for me. Currently running the 0404 build and there are times when i can hardly hear the person calling in, even on speaker. Wiped 3x (Data, cache, dalvik, system) Using TWRP-2.6.3.0. I didn't wipe Internal Storage and flashed w/ 3-29 Stock Gapps(Froze many of the uneccessary ones.). Restored data through TWRP backup.

 

Other known issues: Screen dimming, When trying to customize status bar colors in Beanstalk Options, it randomly locks my screen. Intermittent issues with having to press the hard keys more than once in order for phone to wake up.

 

Other notes: Running only the Senetrice script.

Yeah he took adblocker out of RTB Pro due to googles TOS. And you can no longer get an adblocker from the google play store, but there are still adblockers out there. And I cannot use a phone without an adblocker being used so I added my favorite adblocker to our rom just look in the app drawer when you install this rom

I have never had this issue with the volume. Every call is at the volume i set it to and I am running 4-06 right now. No need to wipe internal sd, just what you did is fine so Im not sure why you are having a hard time with the volume. I am aware of the changing status bar color bug and it is from the beanstalk base, so just dont use it for now. The dimming issue is also from the base and we are just going to have to deal with it for the time being. And as far as the hard buttons to wake up the phone, i have mine set to only wake with the power button and have had no issues with it.

I'm running the 4/6 build using every tweak (build prop, init.d, kernel) with arggghh kernel oced to 1894 max and whatever the min is with everything uved by -50 minimum and the only problem I've had is swipe on the keyboard not working when I used standard gapps. When I use Gapps I modded to include the PA Google keyboard option that solves it.

hey I found that if you turn on Torch via quicksettings, it doesn't turn off until you turn off the screen. Like the toggle doesn't work. thanks as always!

It's a build bug that isn't specific to this Rom. Same issue exists on liquid smooth build too. What I do is add a "custom" tile from the "add tile" options in quick settings, select application then torch. Instead of just turning on, it opens the app, but that way it does what you want and can be turned off from the notification pull down.

That's strange, the notification toggle works flawless for me. I open the app, turn on high brightness. Then toggle it on and off from the app. Then no issues from the notification toggle.
