wait.... its nightly now?

It's nightly when i release it lol :lol . Which wont be every night. Always changing things so will probably never be a "stable" build. But its very stable with a few bugs here and there but nothing major.

So - what do you think of the text boot option?

People asked for a basic boot animation and they got it.You ask and you shall receive. I enjoy the new one that some people don't like.

Calendar still won't sync on latest build (currently on JBBL)

Otherwise, pretty solid

Update:

I replaced Email.apk/Exchange.apk with the ones from the 9-21 Test build and I used the stock Calendar this time (Not PA-gapps) and Calendar syncs now.

Anyone want to test this KKBL build for me? I have no time tonight. I may have fixed screen recording again. Here is the link, let me know if that works and any other bugs. Thanks

You can dirty flash most of the builds. Unless it is a major update.

Started latest build after dirty flash, but everything were broken - lags, random hangs and reboots.

After clean flash - Can't start latest build on KK BL. Stuck at the bootanimation.

I will look in to it. But I have had no issues with it. You did a clean install or dirty?

First, it was clean install. Then I dirty flashed 20141004 build, and something changed. Bug was reproduced rarely than before.

Another scenario to reproduce a bug is:

- start a call

- connect BT during a call

- call is switched to BT but microphone on BT not working, and in some cases after transferring call back to handset, mic on the handset stops working too.

Now, after unsuccessful update to the latest, I clean flashed 20141004, and will check if it happens.

Not sure why some are having boot loop issues on latest builds, but

I was wondering if adaway has any advantage over built in ad blocker?

AdAway has selectable host sources, you can add host sources, whitelist and automatic daily updates. None of which the built in one has.

Look at the change log...

Installing kernels should not uninstall apps that I installed and apps that I am using. I understand not including apps - but uninstalling my apps is not acceptable. I can see why not to include Titanuim Backup but it uninstalled my titanium backup.

Read the changelog, as somone previously mentioned...Those apps were not in the new update, you installed the new update, so the new update won't have those apps in it. If you don't like it, go back to the previous version, or install the apps separately.

I think this is a good move! It's better to make a leaner install and have people choose what they want a la carte.
