Update:

Brightness and vibrate on touch problem gone after rebooting. Faster GPS and carrier settings still gives me fc.

Try to:

1. Charge your phone

2. Boot to fastboot mode. If you can go to fastboot (power + vol "-") you can just flash FW with RSD

but phone is not going fastboot..because phone is not turn on...i already try it power+volume and i also try power+volume up and download key...but phone is not turn on...plz help me :'(

Use the original wall charger and cable plug your phone and leave it for a while and see if it takes a charge. If it does you should see the battery charging icon. If it doesn't I'm afraid it may have been permanently damaged.

i don't have motorola original charger i plug into charge my phone...phone notification green light is blinking...but phone is not turn on....i plug charging like 1 hour+...but nothing work :'(

First random reboot. In Hangouts typing SMS and hotbooted. First glitch. May not do it again but it was pretty frequent in the last build I was on so at least it's better. What causes this anyway? Is it like a memory dump or crash in the kernel? What should I look for to give you feedback?

Shahzaib... Sounds like you use rsd lite and used the wrong fxz file. Nothing you can do to fix it now, it's done.

yes i can't get fastboot and recovery...if my RAZR M is dead....then i pluged to charge my phone i see my green notification light blinking...and i plug my phone into pc....i hear plug and uplug sound...

If you get a connection to PC can you adb. Open a terminal and run this command adb reboot bootloader. From there you can use rsd lite to flash original fxz. Make sure your phone gets fully charged though

I had first random reboot today also on latest build. I unlocked the phone, checked a contact, and it rebooted...

I also had FC on FasterGPS, but it was on the first boot of the Rom, so i rebooted and it eventually worked for me too.

It's dead, nothing you can do now. I believe you flashed a wrong file. Sorry man but it's a goner.

I'm on 2G network and have one new issue - sometimes phone lost my network... only rebooting and replacing SIM helps me..

I'm not sure if it's the ROM or not but Netflix is crashing 100% of the time while the app is loading. It doesn't crash on a tablet (stock) I have. Is anyone else seeing this and - is there a fix?

Latest KK build: Got the same issue with SystemUI Crash as before.

Happened once so far, and the wallpaper didn't reset this time...

 

Edit: I didn't remove any system apps this time
