I have 9.18.94 XT926 and I used to be rooted, but then I needed to have GOOD on my phone for work, so I ran the unroot from the SuperUser app, so I am not rooted, but the problem is that the su is still in system\xbin, which is keeping GOOD from running--is there a way I can delete su now that I no longer have root? I have already tried flashing 4.1.2 stock system, kernel and radio with droid razr hd utility.
How to Remove SU xbin

It wants su COMPLETELY removed as in you will lose root. And since your on 9.18.94 if you are NOT unlocked, then you are losing root possibly forever.
Depending on the ROM you have you can try the Xposed Framework and the module called RootCloak. It attempts to hide root/su in a number of different ways that may fool your app..
The other option if you truly want to remove root, Matt (Batman) made an app that I think is in the play store to remove root. I cant seem to find it atm, but there are others as well.

Thank you! For anyone who gets in a similar situation, use @cmh714 solution before doing anything and for people in my situation where it seemed that my root was removed, but the su file was left behind some how, I flashed the most up-to-date firmware to my phone using the House of Moto guide here (just make sure you are ok with losing root for good):

Certainly reflashing your firmware should completely remove it as well.

What model phone do you have?
What version of android are you running?
To be sure you get rid of root you will end up reflashing your phone with a utility that saves your data, if you have a locked bootloader you can flash the same version or newer.
