Hi all

 

for those who want to get back to GB i put my GB rom for Huawei U8730 only

 

download and unzip this http://www.mediafire...uawei u8730.zip

put the boot.img into image folder when you're on pink screen

reboot into CWM Recovery ->wipe all and reboot into cwm recovery -> mount system ->install zip

reboot your device and boot GB rom.

No matter what stock rom i flash i still am not able to use Wifi. I was able to use Wifi before i rooted my phone. ICS was a mess so i just reverted back to stock. When i press the Wifi button from the drop-down tray it keeps saying "The process com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly." in a loop and makes me force close. This didn't happen to you?

thanks very much , but  my problem is that the wifi/bluetooth  is not working . any help

I finally got sick of ICS rotation issues and no front camera, so I installed this ROM.  Most everything is working great, including wifi and bluetooth.  The one thing that isn't working is 3G/4G networks.  It sees them in the search for networks, says it connects, but wont use it for network traffic.

yeah i got sick of ICS too. i installed this rom but its older than what i previously had. i believe i had 2.3.7 and this is 2.3.6. no updates available so it seems like it will be forever 2.3.6

 

the only nice thing about it is that all the t-mobile crap is gone. bad side is that only 2G is available.

I also tried it with fast.t-mobile.com(for LTE phones), but I am not certain if it changed anything.  Might be that I just can't get 4G at my current location.  It shows 3G or H

The settings is old now. MMS settings is not working from my side. I found updated one here.
