It's identical to CM10.1 except it doesn't have SELinux, a mod which prevents custom firmware from booting and a reverted Libskia which was the cause of gfx issues in some firmwares

Would this be okay to flash over cm10.1 stable?

I flashed it. I still have graphical tearing scrolling through screens unless I disable hardware overlais. It seems just as fast as the cm10.1 stable. There seems to be some DPI issues or something im not sure how to upload a picture. But the keyboard buttons are to small for some of the numbers and symbols that are in the upper right corner of the keys. Like the @ symbol that's on the (a) button is halfway outside of the button itself. And the WiFi/ Bluetooth switches are to small to fill in the rectangle when you turn it on. Either way thanks for your work
