So I succesfully rooted my phone then flashed the boot.img from the lastest FXZ....

 

My phone will try to update itself. 

 

If I let my phone update will I lose root? 

 

Just curious because using the utility allowed me to gain root then get a new version with boot.img, so would updating my phone again remove root privileges or is root now saved>?

If you update to the latest version (I.e. taking the OTA).... you will lose root AND the ability to re-root......

NP anytime......You can also use TiBu to "freeze" the updater apk
