So I had to attend a birthday party today and I was taking pictures and using the phone and playing games when I was bored so that's kind of heavy usage for me and I am not below 75%. Been unplugged since 12pm EDT.

Anybody else getting any decent usage out of the update?

So far so good over here ... phone is snappier, Hotspot is faster, Talk to Text is much better. Too soon to tell on battery but after 5 hours I'm only down to 80% ... with usage. :)

jeez... not again... same thing as when I tried to flash .214...

E:Error in /tmp/sideload/package.zip
(Status 7)
Installation aborted.

I know other people were having this error, did it ever get figured out?

Tried wiping cache before starting the update?

Did you fast boot or RSD back to stock? You need to be 100% stock to do this. Switching to non safe and uninstalling SS / unrooting won't cut it.

Worked for me. Maybe I'm just lucky.

Used Matts downgrade to 211 verified I still had root and installed 215. Nice to see Chrome intergrated and not in Beta.

OK, I'm on .215, but can't reinstall safestrap using Matt's 1.8 utility. There are old safestrap backup's, etc. on my SD-ext card. Help please.

This is too easy
Used Matt’s 1.8 Utility to go back to .211
Moto Recovery to flash .215
Rooted with Matt’s 1.8 Utility and reinstalled SafeStrap, all Data was not wiped
Booted to Safe side and my Axiom Infekted ROM is still installed with my Data
Lets see how everything runs now.

I actually started getting really good battery life, 15 hours with moderate usage. Wasn't because of 214 though, I just installed 215 like 10 minutes ago and will report back with my findings tomorrow.

I checked my wife's OG RAZR the other day, running bone stock 211, and she had been running for 1d 19h and still had 20% left. Now there was a small blip in the charging section which looked like she had maybe put it on the charger for 20min and showed her battery increased 10% during that time. Still I was really impressed for a regular RAZR.

Anyone have any idea why I can't reinstall safestrap with 1.8? It just sits there doing nothing. How long is it supposed to take? Thanks.

This is fun, so this is not to be confused with the file labeled 6.16.214, which just brought you back to .211. So this is labeled .215 so as meant to be flashed onto phones running .215. This is nuts. The whole naming the version after the system you're coming from makes it really confusing.

Why not install safestrap using the apk, like a regular app? It's just as easy, hell easier than using the utility IMO.

Here is mine if you want to do it this way.

Well don't be surprised. Even without smart actions and heavy use I was getting average before modding around the same... This is why I don't need a maxx. Hell if I worked 24 hrs I would but usually get home to about 70% with vids on lunch and emails texts etc...I was fortunate and do not want to lose the one I have..I have too many complain but mine gets amazing results...lovely indeed...However once I started flashing... that always changes. All the devices I've ever had will never be the same after modding even if I calibrate..

I had Flash Removal froze or disabled with Ti Backup and got a similar message. Did you disable any apps on your phone.
