Keep in mind that updates are labeled for the version they are going over, not the one they will be.

livinginkaos is right. The file I linked to has .211 in the name but it is the .215 update. Just Motorola's way of trying to confuse us I guess.

it a actually part of the file verification process for the phone. There is no way of knowing what the new build is from its perspective so it looks to make sure it's made for the version it is currently on.livinginkaos is right. when i download it it doesnt really run? I'm trying to flash my Droid Razr Maxx so it can work for page plus (the phone plan im on). I'm getting all the information off of someone who youtubed it and when you watch their video he shows the .211 on his desktop and it looks completely different than mine, heck mine doesnt even run when i download it. Here's the link to the youtube video im watching go to about 4:48 into the video and it'll show you what im talking about it. Sorry if im confusing :/ i just kinda have no clue what im doing

Sorry if this has already been addressed, but I'm new to this... When I clicked on your download link, I got the following message:
ForbiddenYou don't have permission to access /downloads/forumdownloads/Razr/Leaks/Blur_Version.6.16.211.XT912.Verizon.en.US.zip on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Am I doing something wrong here??

This time it appears that the ORIGINAL link has been removed.
The dropbox link still works:

Can you tell us what you are trying to accomplish? Since ICS is old, there are newer utilities....
Also it would help to tell us what you have as well.

Maybe this should just be locked down. ICS is obsolete pretty much anyway and most current ROMs are built off the .16 JB.

Yeah I agree... Imma lock this down. Crazy the amount of traffic this gets. People this was an ICS leak. You should be on Jelly Bean.
