I realize this is an old thread but I need this update and there is no file associated with the link. Does anyone have a good link for this update?
Half of the past 10 posts have links in them....

My, next stupid question is even though it's labeled 6.16.211, I understand it's supposed to be 6.16.215. Well,
When I run the update my phone still says it's on 6. 16.211. What's the trick?
Yes the update file says .211. That's how Moto works.
Are you installing it on stock .211?? No safestrap. No bloat removed.

I went into my settings and it says that I am on 6.16.211, so I want to say yes I'm on stock. My phone is rooted though. Does that make a difference? I'm not using safe strap either to run the update.
You are going to have to use Matt's utility to flash back to stock .211. If you have remove one bloatware app the update will not work. You can root again with the utility once you are on .215. I'm not sure if being rooted is causing this problem. I just re-read the first few pages of the thread and you can root .215 with Matt's utility

WHY? 215 is dead and gone, it was a failed attempt to give ICS an update but we HAVE JB now.

Some people actually prefer ICS to JB. Battery life would be one of the reasons.

Question BigDaddy...
JB Battery Life is Awesome...
I have everything Sycing All Day plus Emails/Texting thing going on All day long...IMO
Okay,
Most are saying once you change over to JB their is No Returning to ICS...Well my thought is this;
We have a Utillity called Compatibility Flasher that gives you Options to Flash Back to .8 or .16...
However, if I Flash back to .8 wouldnt this Utility allow me to Flash Back to ICS? (Not sure about .16)

Unfortunately no because the bootloader security changed from ICS to JB and doesn't allow downgrades. JB to JB is fine because you're still using the same secure bootloader. Hope that makes sense sir
