I know this may be off topic, but does anyone know where the Droid with the spinning ball during the final stage of a FastBoot reflash resides? I wand to mahe a Boot Animation with that but I don't know where the files sits. No doubt it's ICS 4.0.x related because that was the first time I saw it.

Wow...that would be awesome haha. Never even thought of that.

Btw flashing this tonight as I heard it helps GPS, and I'm sick of waiting the whopping two minutes it takes for a GPS lock now haha. Still faster than my gf's stand along GPS but I'm impatient.

Go to Maps in manage apps and clear cache and data from Maps. Worked for me finds my location in a few seconds. Lol

hey i am on the .211 official and i am rooted and i am on a rom using safe strap cant i just disable safe system install .215 then go back and enable and be good to go because the rom i am on supports .215 just a question thanks for your time

I used rsd 5.7 and the fastboot files for .211 instead of matts utility and then tried to flash .215 and got it. Apparently if ya have 1.8 of the utility and patch it with 1.81 its still kinda dodgy so Id recommend getting the full 1.81 and try opt 1 , it should get ya back to the point correctly that way ya dont get the error.

Do you need to remove safestrap if you use matt's utility to restore back to .211?

Installed this about 2 weeks ago when i got my replacement OG Droid Razr. So far since I am in a 3g only area... have noticed no signal differences but have seen battery life improvements. Not sure if its the update or the Hotplugx governor and SIO s/o scheduler i'm using... :huh:

That appears to be Ikream with the Urban Theme. It is on its own site now :P

Running the latest Eclipse (v1.2) with this update, along with Juice Defender Ultimate and SetCPU, my battery life has improved.

Now, this is with me playing Final Fantasy for about 20 minutes as well, phone calls, texting, updating some apps. So, I wonder just how much better my battery would have been if I hadn't played FFI? ;)

I've been experiencing tons of data drops on every rom I've tried lately. I even fastbooted back to .211 and reloaded .215 and Eclipse.

If so, that's ridiculous since I've only had the phone and similar for 2 months and its never been out of the phone.
