I have spotty LTE at my house, but it does look to have improved vs. .211

D/L speed is similar to .211 tests @ 2500-3000 kbps, but U/L speeds have improved dramatically. 211 was in the 1000-1500 kbps range. Now exceeds my D/L @ 3000-6000 kbps

I've heard more issues with .215 then .211
What's up with the leak...is it sound or Not

My data is OK, but battery has been awful. 77% right now, with 3 hours use. 1 hour screen time. No streaming. A few texts and reading forums on tapatalk. Can't set brightness any lower...

I reset battery stats last night. Phone was down to 10%. Powered off. Charged fully overnight. Now at 76%!

Suggestions?

Ditto, I was only able to get 3G mainly at my house before .215, now I get constant 4G at my house, downside is it runs about as fast as you, 3-4 Mbps, but still way better then the 3G speeds I was getting. At work and around town I get 16-17 Mbps 4G though, which is really good considering I am in Dallas.

Yes it don't work on a iPhone. jk do you have any apps frozen if so unfreeze and then try again. I had some frozen and got that error so I just went back stock.

Rooted? Get Lux Auto Brightness from the play store. Helps a ton. I use smart actions to turn off 4G when screen off. That helps too.

You have to use a widget like LTE on/off to turn off 4g. Download it (it says it is for an HTC) and choose "CDMA auto (PRL). That will get you to 3g.

Smart action to turn off data and background sync when screen off is one of the biggest battery saving tips possible, another is to use lte onoff to switch to 3G only, or at the very least go into the stock settings and switch off of "global" to "cdma/lte" if your not wanting to turn off 4G, this way you atleast shut off the gsm radio that is on by default now.

<br /><br />Just an FYI for those that don't already know. These Widgets simple pull up the built in phone info menu. You can aslo just dial *#*#info#*#* to gain access to the menu. I personally use Elixir Widgets & the 4g wimax toggle brings up the menu. I really hope someone makes something that will actually toggle 4g off so i can add it to my car dock task to help prevent my phone from over heating while driving.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />Anyway, I calibrated my battery the other night & yesterday my battery life was worse than 211 & 214 but still not the something is definitely wrong here worse(maybe 25% worse).<br /><br />Ironically I did some performance kernel tweaks last night & my battery seems to be about the same as 211 & 214. I was getting just under 10% per hour with screen on most of the time on wifi(GB would get 10%).

Oh BTW, one thing that is better with 215 is haven't had any random rebooted, I had a lot of them on 211 & 214 when every the CPU was getting taxed.

Just exit that screen and run the update.zip again. It should work the 2nd time.

• better LTE.

Fast boot .211. Update to .215, reflash ROM as normal.
