This has worked for many... didn't for me, but its worth a try.Just make sure you have all bloat unfrozen and backup root w/ Voodoo OTA then temp unroot. I don't think the root will effect the install but it saves you from having to run the root script again when you're on .215

nah Voodoo worked just fine, the update just wouldn't take... I got a common error with this (sideload error status 7)... I ended up flashing back to stock .211 with Matt's Utility 1.8, rooting, unrooting and then updating... and then rerooting... working awesomeWhat Voodo OTA Keeper? It worked for me this time, but every other time I've tried its failed. So who knows. Hit and miss thing I guess.

After fastbooting back to .211, is rooting necessary before going into stock recovery and flashing .215?

If one is on 215, is it possible to downgrade to 214 without having to convert to stock and then move up to 214?

Thanks for the reply. From doing some reading, I feel that you are right. Is signal issues due to the baseband and not the kernel? If so, are we able to change basebands? Does the locked bootloader restrict us from doing this? No, im pretty sure the only option is to go .211 to .214. I may be wrong however, have not tried this myself.
But as far as the rest of your post. I agree. On everything.
