Run Matts 1.8.1 utility. I do know that with the stock firmware that was released, they didn't include webtop and I noticed the same thing. Once I used Matts 1.8 utility to flash everything, webtop 3.0 worked again.

As far as flashing everything, do i need to format/wipe the data clean and restart from scratch so to speak?

Doesn't that undo the .215 upgrades?

Probably means go back to stock .211 and then flash .215 again...

This is the battery life I've been seeing with moderate usage on 215 (as far as I'm concerned)...was at the beach for the past few hours holding a couple bats of 4G for the most part - a little facebook/Instagram, some chrome browsing and I tried Netflix for a minute to see how it would work there...

i know battery differs by phone/OS/settings/reception/etc...does this seem at all right?

1. When on .211 in Stock Recovery - some people said simply wipe cache, others had problems and it was recommended to wipe data and cache - which is it? kind of like trial and error, i suppose?

2. Will Matt's 1.81 Utility work on Windows 7 being run via Parallels on my Mac?

Read grumblings a few pages back about better/quicker connecting 4G LTE reception - anyone confirm this? I'm in NY area, if that makes a difference.

Never hurts to wipe cache and dalvik, but data isn't needed on this one.

.211 is correct. It is the .215 update.
If I helped you at all, don't be afraid to hit that like button! :D

This always confused me too so don't feel bad. The file name basically is supposed to say what update you should be on in order to flash it, so this for example says you must be on 211 in order to flash this update.

I'm on Artic rom .211 with just the .214 kernel

I read thru lots of threads and its my understanding I need to FXZ back to .211 to install .215

Problem is I can't figure out how to FXZ. I've googled around but I can't seem to nail down the procedure.

Can someone help?

Put your phone in AP Fastboot mode, open Matt's Utility 1.8, option 1, profit ^.^

i applied it over .211 without wiping data.

i also didn't Re-enable Disabled apps. After the update those programs were still Disabled.

Sorry, didn't read all of these posts but looking through the zip, found some GLES drivers... for accelerated graphics. Anyone notice a massive performance gain in 3D applications/games?

Assuming Chrome is official?

jonwgee, thanks, I didn't know that, but doesn't the same combo give you a forced reboot?

Profited earlier. Noticing a snappier response. Won't be able to comment on battery until tomorrow night. Keyboard seems more accurate and responsive. I was spelling a lot of words wrong on .214, but don't seem to be having the issue on .215. I don't think a keyboard update was included. Maybe it's my imagination lol. Data seems better also. I would fluxuate from 1 bar into 3G in my basement, but it seems to be staying at 3 bars 4G with no issues now.
