Hey guys, is there a way to know if your phone is charging when it is believed to be screwed up? I have heard horror stories about that. Long story short I was running 214 tryied down grading to 211 to hopefully run 215. The only place I can get to is fastbood and recovery. i also have 6 hours to go until utility 1.8 is downloaded. is there anything I can do? At least to keep my battery charged until I can fix this. Any ideas. there seems to be nothing on phone but what is on my sdcard.

Thanks in advance,

18.5 hours on my Maxx. Today. Battery 100% to 68%.
Axiom ICS ROM on the safe side.

And I'm at 21h 41m with 52% on OG (: Great battery life!!(:

Are you on wifi? Or the network?

I am not seeing this kind of improvement on 4gLTE, only a slight improvement on wifi.

Trying to troubleshoot here.

EDIT:

Also what is the screen on time?

4G only. Just over 3 hours of screen on time, I've been at work.

Yes. I'm running Arctic .214, but had Arctic .211 earlier w/ no problems.

I believe this is why you have increased battery. Arctic.

Running 4g i would be lucky to get more than 15 hours with a screen on time of 38 minutes.. IMHO, thats incredibly bad compared to stock .211.

Do you have a screenshot of this battery life? And screen on time?

Have you tried a full factory reset yet to see if that helps?

I'm am running artic on. 215 also without ANY problems. In fact I have great 4G and much better battery life. I really don't get all these problems people are having. Follow the directions given here, especially the directions that come with matts utility and you will be fine!

Wow, that is absolutely an improvement. What about the timeline view? Sorry for making you do all the work. just very interesting info to me.

Looks like the Android OS is using a very small amount of battery in comparsion to stock .211.

Noted two things upgrading to 215.

Voodo did not retain root. I deleted the backup su root and then protected root again and it worked without issue. Did not have use The "Money MAN" Matt's Util to reroot phone. Matt gets that title because his work is the $!#7 and he is the go to guy.....

I use a IMAP email for one of my email accounts. On 211 I was getting certificate errors and could not complete setup. On 215, IMAP email setup without a hitch.
