I had Flash Removal froze or disabled with Ti Backup and got a similar message. Did you disable any apps on your phone.

Sideloaded errors are usually md5 check fails

Had to do the full wipe by partially restoring to pseudo .181 and then install the normal .211 file in recovery and .215 afterwards. Rooting now. Kernel version reads July 11, 2012 - is that .215 kernel I presume?
Anyways, thanks to OP and MattyG for this.
I love it when a plan comes together...

Now, does freezing the apps make any difference? Or it is preferred to delete them with TiBu?

Freezing is preferred if you aren't desperate for more space as it can be more easily induce if you find you broke something. They have the same impact on all resources except available disk space.

Freezing apps you know you wont use keeps them from turning on by themselves and thus saves battery... never delete any apps, only install the ones that have the option in your system apps manager.. ie Blockbuster, Madden etc.

We have fastboot files for 211 so it's prefectly fine to uninstall bloat and not just freeze it. I uninstalled 45 apps when I installed 215. All you gotta do when we get an OTA is fastboot back to 211.

Just disabled safe system running arctic, downgraded to 211, upgraded to 215, rooted, and enabled safe system.

Phone boots into Arctic without issues and works flawlessly :D

I don't know cuz I don't use his utility. Just download the 211 fastboot files and flash through RSD Lite.
