Anyone know anything about this? Thanks. Thanks Matt. I downloaded and installed your 1.8 utility with no problems. I tried loading the xml file into RSD 5.7 and got an error message. It said the xml is wrong format or missing image files.

after i choose option 1, the process was starting fine.
i reboot my device, get the dead droid laying on the ground.
i pressed both volume keys.
and there some recovery menu.
the question is, what to choose then?
Did version 1.8 still need to copy the ICS into sdcard? coz i didn't do it.

Sorry if this question has already been asked, but, I'm on 209 and am wanting to jump over to 211 or 214. Do I just flash option 1 or 7? Or do I need to follow a bunch of steps because I'm only on 209?
You need to use the 1.7 utility for that. It has the option for going from a leak to the OTA. You could try Option 1 to fastboot straight to it but I don't know for sure, Matt, yes/no?
