No. My version has the missing fastboot file from 211 (webtop) and took out the unneeded files (cdrom, motoboot) from the 211 fastboot file. I included a modified xml and RSD Lite as well. If you downloaded it in the last few hours before this came out I don't know what to tell yaAre you going to have a separate version for those of us who already downloaded the fastboot file?

Download is up!
Thanks Matt....
Quick Question.... Is it safe to install the BootStrap recovery that comes with this utility? Now that you have given the fastboot files for ICS... we should be able to recover from any disasters, correct? (Or at-least in theory)

What's the modified xml do? Wipe internal sdcard?

It does not flash cdrom or motoboot.img because they are not needed.

Yes it does not have a webtop file. So I had wheelintoy pull his and upload it to me so I can be sure to 100% restore people, no matter what the issue.so the .211 fastboot file the just came out is missing the webtop file? Not that it matters to me because I dont use the webtop just an inquiry.

Sorry if this a noob question but right now I'm using Eclipse's GB rom. Will this utility help me get to the OTA (or leak) ICS so that I can install an ICS custom ROM?
This is the official 211 build so yes.
