This is based off AOSP, actually when AOKP was staging they were cherry-picking off the commits for frameworks/opt/telephony and I was lazy so I took that 
Idk why it isn't booting.. I'm working on it.. and the I guess I'll have to rebase the whole thing again on 4.4.1 source as too many additions have been done LOL
