This Rom runs so Sloooow on my Razr M, i think something is not okey. Maybe bad installation, but animations are really, really SLOW.

Silly question: how do you turn on ART?

My animations are really slow too. This has been an issue with all 4.4 roms on my device. Running a few simple gpu benchmarks seem to show that everything is capped at 30fps. On 4.2 the same benchmarks would cap at 60fps.

It's in "Developer Options". You have to go in "about phone" and tap "Build Number" a few times to enable it.

yeah, for the first time, i noticed some lag too,

but after i change to ART, i think it's gone,

as long as you're not using exposed or anything that doesn't support ART,

To all with speed/lag issues you can turn off animations for the time being. Keep in mind 4.4 is still new and we are working with speed enhancements atm. If it's still a issue you always have other rom options come back later once things get going

Also found that the order of the quick settings does not save. You can pick which buttons you want there but their order will not stay set.

This is the error I'm getting when trying to install using CWM

I also got the error when trying to flash the ROM from ext sd card. Can anyone please help.

Every 4.4 ROM i've tried lag so much on my M. im using TWRP 2.6, i think is the last version. Already Mounted system, wiped Cache, Dalvik, system and data and then install.

 

Am i doing something wrong? 

 

When i say lag, i mean every animation is slow (like 10 fps).
