i cant get the roms to work i flash and reboot then it shows motorola logo then safe strap the black and it goes back to motorola logo

Do you have a developer edition Ultra/Ultra Maxx with an unlocked bootloader? If you dont then roms cannot be flashed if or until we can get our bootloader unlocked and use TWRP/CWM.
