Just got done testing all links in the OP and they are live. Are you trying on your PC or your Phone?

Well just tried both links on phone and opened up in stock browser without issues. I am testing out Kit Kat 4.4 so that's why they look distorted.

Well I just don't know what to say.... Maybe try a different device to get it or a PC. You are the first to post about this issue and from what I can see it is something on your end blocking it. Hope that you can figure it out. Thanks in Advance...

I don't think that your issue would have to do with your sims. What browser are you running? What ROM are you currently running? Is downloading by phone your only choice?

Stock browser running cm 11. I can portly use a laptop. I flashed cm the other night. Tried to go to my stock side and it won't boot up. So note in just looking for something stable for my dd

Can I turn off the sounds in the boot animation?

Use a root browser, navigate under system, media, and there should be a music file called Bionic.ogg or something, rename it or delete it

The file I found is called didgeridoo.mp3. When I play that it is the sound from the boot animation. It will not let me delete or rename it.

 

I got it, I was not using a root level explorer. Gone now, Thanx!

How do I change my wallpaper back to COD default? Also, I haven't been checking in, is this ROM still the original release or has there been update(s)?

The Stock Wall is in Post #2. You can download and apply through gallery. So far this is up to date as far as I got. Home, Work and Life has slowed me down a bit.

Can I change anything to make text readable. I cannot read text in a lot of apps settings, logs, etc... I tried to link an example image.

It is the reason I changed my Wall Paper in the first place but that had no effect. The COD image still comes up in settings and other areas.
