There is a youtube video found atDirtyDroid you really need to do a youtube video on this...I used your tool to save my butt, however I was confused as hell. I kept freaking out because it would not take and had to realize I needed to flash the webtop. I ended up flashing the .744 and doing the ota updates to get back to .173...seemed to be the best way. I hope this dude has enough battery power left
which was made for droid razr utility [windows]... which is a great way to fastboot if you dont have luck with rsd lite or through this method using command prompt.

This is what you need to do if you are bricked you need to download the 173 link and do what this post tells you and run RSD lite.--REAL FIX FOR FASTBOOT "OEM" COMMAND ISSUE--
If you have received the error "Failed Flashing Process. Failed Flashing process. Unknown fastboot command. (oem); phone connected." while trying to use RSDlite then here is
the fix for you. At the end make sure you do a factory data reset, in stock recovery.
The xml file includes some extra lines that are different from the orginal fastboot files. Deleting the two "OEM" lines will make the xml file complete the whole process of
flashing the .173 fastboot.
If you want I can upload just the xml file and you have to add the file to the fastboot folder.

Lines to be deleted:

Worked like a charm.

I did comfirm this does work as I was having this issue. Instead of getting upset...get even.
Download "OEM_FIX" Here :
Easy as that. Post with any qustions.

Unzipped the razr1 file and shift-right click to open command prompt
Put razr into fastboot
Connected razr to computer
Typed in: moto-fastboot.exe flash webtop grfs.img (give it about 10 seconds to start (took about 3-5 minutes)
Then typed: moto-fastboot.exe flash system system.img (give it about 10 seconds to start (took about 3-5 minutes)
It then rebooted to the activation screen after five or so minutes…
Then I went to factory data reset and wiped everything…
I was on .744 but it was the wrong .744 to update via ota from Verizon I ended up finding a .744 original file that I used in rsd lite and was able to get my phone back.
Now I am rooted running stock .173 and will not do anything else until Verizon releases ICS….hope this helps it is all I can do to help you…..
