OK breath are you still with me???????? Good lol relaz things will be ok.

Now assuming that you where on 173 this is all you got to do. Hook your phone up to the PC. If you are already in AP fastboot mode that is good. Now download the Moto-fastboot32 zip file and uzip it to your desktop. You can rename it to anything you want. Now take the system.img and the preinstall.img out of the 173 full fastboot files and put them in that folder that you put on your desktop. Now it is simple

open up a command window and navigate to that folder.

This will fix your phone.

type........ moto-fastboot.exe flash preinstall preinstall.img This will flash in a few parts

after that is done do this.

type........moto-fastboot.exe flash system system.img this will also flash in a few parts.

now type..... moto-fastboot.exe reboot

BOOM done and smash the thanks button :D

Just so I don't repeat the same error. I was changing to a new razr. I thought I could restore a backup from the old razr onto the new razr and pretty much pick up where I left off. What I think happened is the old razr had taken to OTA update but the new razr had not.

our phones were stock at .744 and then ota to .748, then .173 was the most recent ota. now those fastboot files have been leaked. which is the file your downloading.

Moto-fastboot.exe is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

DirtyDroid you really need to do a youtube video on this...I used your tool to save my butt, however I was confused as hell. I kept freaking out because it would not take and had to realize I needed to flash the webtop. I ended up flashing the .744 and doing the ota updates to get back to .173...seemed to be the best way. I hope this dude has enough battery power left
