How do you use these files to flash the RAZR?

maybe we need a pinned/sticky with some directions on how to use fastboot files

Top of this page it has been said that the files are being secured and directions being set up

Not rooted or anything but curious about this. I downloaded part one and two, used hjsplit to join them and checked md5, installed the drivers, installed rsdlite 5.6, opened that up and used it to unzip to joined files and seemed to work. This sound about right?

Yes, I downloaded the whole file in one shot from another site.
I downloaded RSD lite 5.6
Not seeing a "SBF" file in the download threw me.

After doing a little more reading I now know to use the .xml file.....

I hate being this noobish, but can anyone be really awesome and post a step by step process on how to install this? starting with what to do with the phone, then working our way to rsd and flashing it.
