This should be the latest RSD Lite v5.6
Yup - that's the version I'm using. It's currently flashing

Sorry took so long haha - had to wait for it to finish flashing. What's the Verdict?????
The Bad News: I don't have a camera to show you proof I usually rely on my phone for camera things.
The Good News: IT WORKS!
Successfully (and with very little effort) restored to 6.11.744,XT812.Verizon.en.US
Although I did not have to re-setup my phone, and all my apps seem to be in place
It DID remove the root - and took me from 748 to 744
OTA Update works flawlessly (good news for hopeful ICS Soaktesters)
Rerooted, and phone is exactly how it was before I started.
METHOD:
RSD Lite v5.6 - and the combined files in the OP
Loaded the file into RSD Lite v5.6
Booted the phone into AP Fastboot
Hit START on RSD - and let it run its course.
NOTE: I will be editing this if I I find any bumps along the way, and as I re-root and attempt the OTA update(s), but so far, so good. BTW, I'm by no means an expert, this may be flawed! If you find a better way, or if I do something catastrophic, please let me know. This is more or less a chronicle of my methods and experience.

Sooooo, according to the boot mode selection menu after holding both volume Up/Down + power key I find AP fastboot and BP SBF Flash. Which do we choose?
Ap fastboot

Wait wait wait.....I breezed thru this thread quickly but it sounds like these are the fast boot files for razr. Am I correct in that speculation?

it should be fast boot if this is the .fxz format. I chose that when i had a bionic.

This is a Fastboot file, not a SBF. Glad to hear it works as it should. Now everyone can move on from the past horror over the past 2 weeks.
